Advocacy and Representation
The NEC actively advocates for fair and balanced labour policies that promote industry growth while protecting worker rights.
Our advocacy activities include:
- Participating in tripartite forums with government, employers, and unions
- Submission of industry positions to the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare
- Engaging with the National Employment Council Federation of Zimbabwe (NECFZ)
- Lobbying for industry-specific legislative reforms
- Representing members in Labour Court proceedings
