Annual collective bargaining negotiations for the Electronics, Communications, Radio, TV Manufacturing and Allied Industry have commenced at the NEC offices in Harare.
Representatives from major employer associations and industry trade unions are meeting to negotiate wage adjustments, working conditions, and benefits packages for the upcoming year.
The negotiations are expected to conclude within six weeks, with the new agreement to take effect from January 2025. All registered employers are encouraged to participate through their respective employer organisations.
